The word Yoga in Sanskrit means “union” the language of ancient India where Yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit.
Many people think that Yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Each Yoga pose has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement, or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose.
I offer Daytime and Evening group and one to one Yoga and Pilates and Stretch classes in Ramsgate as well as zoom sessions.
All group sessions are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
The group classes are £7.00 per person, per class.
Pre-recorded zoom classes are available at a weekly cost of £7.00 and can be watch at a convenient time for you.
One-to-one classes are available for those seeking a more specific and detailed class to deepen their knowledge, advance their practice and improve their flexibility and core. These classes are priced at £25 per person per hour whether in class or via zoom.
